Diagnostics

Before jumping on a custom project, I perform a thorough diagnostic of a client’s situation. In close collaboration with the client, I can, for example,

  • analyse the team structure and software development process of the client’s organisation,
  • review the architecture for a legacy system or create one for a new system.
  • create a plan how to improve workflows, processes or setup automation to aid this

Way of working

I typically visit at least once at the start of a project, and for longer engagements, several times throughout and at the end. Most of the time, I work remotely. With over a decade of experience in this setup, this is proven to work extremely well.
